Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Office Building Administrative headquarters presents KNX as the biggest benefit of the ability to integrate Multiplus protocols: KNX, ModBus and BacNet, DALI, Hitachi and Somfy Animeo IP RS485 all systems integrated into the BMS Workstation SBO server DALI Lighting Control, pumps and motors, measurements and water consumption, measurements and energy consumption, sensors: CO2, Motion and Light, Efficiency and Control of: 1600 lighting ballasts, HVAC, pumps and motors and reuse water, photovoltaic daschboard, light sensors for continuous office dimming, pulses for local control and 50 custom building scenarios, 147 presence sensors allocated in the plan and around of service and circulation and toilets. CO2 Sensors for Air Quality and Air Renewal Control, 50% Control the building sockets generate energy savings with time off schedule. Allocated external lightness twilight sensors on the facades. Weather station installed.
