Detailed description

Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Innovation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Customer's description

In diesen Projekt wurden sowohl neue Produkte, wie Tastsensoren von MDT, UP Dimmaktoren von Theben als auch vorhandene "alte" Hardware, wie ein älterer Homeserver 3 genutzt um sowohl KNX TP und RF zu etablieren. Hier war der Grundgedanke, das ein älterer Server nicht verschwendet werden soll und ein Mietshaus komplett steuern soll. In einem späteren Ausbau wird der Server nicht über die dazu gehörige APP gesteuert, sondern mittels CRM App der Hausgemeinschaft. Retrofitlösungen wurden hier ebenso umgesetzt als auch die Integration von weisser Ware in meinen eigenen Büro. Dieses Büro ist multifunktional und bietet 2 Büro's als auch einen privaten Bereich, für meinen Sohn Ludwig, der sich so in meiner Nähe beim Arbeiten aufhalten kann. Im Projekt wird zukünftig noch eine Paketbox KNX gesteuert als auch jede Wohnung mit Einzelraumregelung via KNX RF angesteuert. In dem Projekt unterrichtete ich meine Tochter mit praktischen Beispielen die Grundlagen der KNX Technik.
