Detailed description

Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Customer's description

El proyecto busca una automatización completa de la vivienda centrándose en las necesidades del cliente: consumo energético cero, aprovechamiento de la energía fotovoltaica e integración de todas las instalaciones de la vivienda. Para ello se controla el cargador Fronius a través de Modbus y la API del fabricante y se monitoriza la energía de la vivienda para activar los diferentes elementos de consumo para aprovechar la energía producida y no verter a red. La energía sobrante se destina al calentamiento de la piscina y a la carga del vehículo eléctrico. Se gestiona la iluminación y las persianas según posición solar. Se integra central meteorológica Netatmo a través de API. Se integra sistema de climatización por conductos, split y chimenea. Se integra el sistema de alarma AJAX con detectores de inundación, apertura y humo. Se añade simulación de presencia. Se integra el sistema de sonido Sonos en diferentes estancias y control de TV Samsung.
