Detailed description

Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customer's description

In diesem Projekt trifft ein altes Fachwerkhaus auf die moderne KNX Technik. Besonders die aufwendige Beleuchtung und vielen Schaltmöglichkeiten in jedem Raum haben das Nutzen eines Bussystems unumgänglich gemacht. Sehr beeindruckend ist eine aufgearbeitete Steinwand im inneren des Hauses die sich durch alle Stockwerke durchzieht. Diese wird mit Hilfe von passiven LED Steifen perfekt in Szene gesetzt. In jedem Raum sind Sentido Taster von Basalte, die mit ihrem schlichten und hochwertigen Look das Gesamtbild abrunden. Außerdem hängt in allen Stockwerken ein Apple I-Pad an der Wand über welches man die Heizung und auch die Beleuchtung via Gira Smart Home App steuert. Ein Sonossystem und eine Dachterasse mit farbiger LED Beleuchtung runden das Projekt ab und machen es zu einem der schönsten Häuser Schweinfurts.
