Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Casa Pasiva Moncalvillo es una casa unifamiliar aislada situada a 900mts de altitud en la población riojana de Sojuela en La Rioja. Se trata de un ambicioso proyecto de vida que además sirve a ICM Ingeniería de Show Room de casa consumo casi nulo realizada bajo los estándares más exigentes en cuanto a aislamiento y estanquidad al aire; aunando la implantación de energías renovables mediante aerotermia 8kw, solar térmica 2 paneles, solar fotovoltaica 5kw repartido en dos string de 3 y 2kw orientados a oeste y sur respectivamente, ventilación con recuperación zenhder confort 350, biomasa mediante leña cocina calefactora wamsler 20kw y gestión inteligente domótica con BMS con KNX y MODBUS (control clima, control cortinas y persianas, control total de iluminación, control cargador eléctrico vehículo, control producción fotovoltaica, control de energías térmicas).
