Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customer's description

Control y regulación de una vivienda, control de suelo radiante desde caldera central y suelo refrescante desde aerotermia individual, separación de instalaciones mediante válvulas de 3 vías estanca, control individual de todas las zonas mediante termostatos individuales, estos termostato están en las pantallas de control que también las utilizamos para controlar las persianas eléctricas de cada estancia. Disponemos de control y recuperación de calor mediante un recuperador de doble flujo WOLF 200m3 con un rendimiento del 98%. Toda la vivienda se controla desde una pantalla central, también utilizada videoportero. La vivienda dispone de un pequeño BMS (LogicMachine) para tener una pequeña visualización para ver en tiempo real que es lo que esta pasando en la vivienda, también registramos todas las temperaturas, la humedad y el CO2, desde este BMS controlamos las alarmas.
