Detailed description

Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customer's description

Our goal was to create a separate environment for each family. Each house should provide comfort and security to be special with its own style and decoration according to the owners. With the possibility given to us by the KNX we managed to unify these two houses in order to handle the common outdoor space where their pool and garden are located, but without being able to interact one house with another. Owners can interact with their home remotely via a tablet, mobile or computer, which means they have access to their home and know what is happening at all times. Integration with the alarm, the cameras and the energy meters is done with the server where you do not need to change the application to handle the above actions so we have a unified system to create communication between machine and human.
