Detailed description

Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Customer's description

It is a TOTAL INTEGRATION PROJECT of a three-floor office building (CADIELSA) and a one-floor Showroom. Both installations performed completely in KNX and other protocols. Everything into a Building Management System (NETx).The showroom consists of a lighting room with more than 100 luminaries, as an exhibition, and an attached home automation house All processes and controls are visualized through different devices: PCs, Smatphones and Tablets Control by AUGMENTED-REALITY luminaires and scenes. Visualization of temperatures and metering inside the building, and turn on/off lights and scenes. Metering Control per plant Control of the photovoltaic system: instantaneous and historical production Electric Vehicle Recharge Control and Meetering Control of total lighting and air conditioning of the building efficiently Control of exterior perimeter lighting Management and visualization of ALARMS Control by voice and VideoRealism GEOLOCATION, TELEGRAM ALARM
