Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customer's description

Bei dem Projekt handelt es sich um ein Wohnprojekt mit teilweise geschäftlicher Nutzung. In dem Gebäude befinden sich die Verwaltung der umliegenden Gebäude, die zur Kurzzeitvermietung angeboten werden, sowie der Wohnsitz des Verwalters. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Büros und unter anderem auch versch. Räume mit doppelter Nutzung. Es sind hier sowohl architektonische als auch technisch smarte Lösungen verbaut worden, so z.B. der großzügige Essbereich auch als Besprechungszimmer genutzt. Die Kinder können sich derweil im Loungsbereich des Obergeschosses aufhalten, der dann als zweites Wohn- und Spielzimmer genutzt wird. Über das KNX-System hat der Verwalter Zugriff auf Zustände und Werte sämtlicher Gewerke, sowie deren Verbräuche. Über die kompl. Kameraüberwachung hat der Bauherr stehts alles im Blick, diese wird aber auch, in Kombination mit der KNX- und der Sonos-Anlage zur Überwachung des Außenpools zur Sicherheit der Kinder genutzt.
