Detailed description

Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Makedonia Palace is a luxury 5 star city hotel constructed in 8 flours, including 276 rooms/suites, restaurant, bar, function rooms, conference rooms, spa, pool. The entire hotel, including public spaces and all the rooms, is controlled with KNX through switches, touch panels. tablets and smartphones. Light scenes, brightness & time control create the perfect mood in all areas of the hotel automatically. Every customer has access to his room KNX system through his mobile or tablet, controlling the lights, curtains and HVAC individually or with scenes.
